Fifi is a 21YO Thoroughbred mare who was used as a polo horse in her younger years. She is between 15.2H and 15.3H and weighs about 1000 lbs. with a beautiful, shiny black coat. She has nice training under saddle. Fifi is a beautiful mover when out to pasture. She cribs but does not chew wood. Fifi is an independent horse and the gentle leader of her small herd. Last summer, Fifi lived with wonderful people who cared for her diligently, handled her daily and rode her frequently. It was discovered that she has arthritis in her pastern joint and would not be suitable for faster paced trail rides. Fifi is a sweet horse who likes attention. She makes an excellent "auntie" to younger horses and has nice ground manners.
Fifi has found her place at Ruby Ranch as a permanent resident. She takes care of the new horses that come in and teaches the youngsters their manners.
Fifi is not for adoption at this time.
