Riddler is the foal of a mustang momma and QH/paint poppa. He was foaled April 7, 2008. Thanks to Dreamcatchers Equine Rescue for allowing us to take on Riddler. Riddler was one of eight babies born to mares that were rescued by Dreamcatchers. He has been nicely socialized with horses and humans. He leads up, stands for the farrier with only a little patience, can be handled all over and is friendly and curious. He will wear a winter blanket. Riddler has started his training with roundpen work and is doing well. As a 3YO he currently stands at about 15H and weighs 1000 lbs. He is a nice, friendly horse looking for an experienced owner to bring him along.
Update: Riddler recently attended a "Start the Untrained Horse" clinic at Deseos Arabians. Riddler wore a saddle for the first time, learned to stand at the mounting block and accept pressure on his back. We will continue his training toward getting him going under saddle as a 4 year old.
